CemGlas was founded in 2013 to develop, manufacture and market high quality hollow glass microspheres. CemGlas’s patent pending product, high quality hollow glass microspheres, is a function-specific additive that may be used in a broad variety of composites and mediums. By inclusion in composites CemGlas’s microspheres enable the manufacturing of lighter, stronger and function-specific composites.
CemGlas’s patent pending value added process can utilize industrial waste byproducts and convert them into sustainable and environmentally-green glass microspheres. While pilot scale manufacturing of glass microspheres has yet to be undertaken, their patent pending manufacturing equipment designs are substantially complete.
